YOUR FIRST VISIT

The purpose of this initial visit is to discuss your chief reason for seeking orthodontic care, provide a thorough examination and to discuss any necessary treatment recommendations. Our orthodontists will point out any existing or potential bite problems and will illustrate how they are best solved. It will be an opportunity to become acquainted with our office and to have your questions answered. You should allow 45 minutes for this appointment.

To save time during your initial appointment, ask us to email or mail you our new patient form which can be completed beforehand. The more thoroughly you fill it out, the better equipped we will be to answer your questions.

COST

The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s orthodontic problem. After the examination is finished, our team will be able to provide you with an estimate of treatment time and costs. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance information with you so that we can give you as accurate an estimate as possible.

INSURANCE

If you have insurance, we will help you determine the extent of your coverage. We accept assignment from most insurance plans and will file the necessary papers to the insurance company. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and in handling insurance issues on your behalf.
